Dr. Brenda Robinson
DNP, MSN, BSN, RN
Hon. Dr. Robinson is a proud graduate of Albany High School. Born and raised in Albany, NY. She obtained her RN, AS at Hudson Valley Community College, BSN at SUNY POLY, Master’s Degree in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Walden University. She currently works for the Veteran Health Administration, 27 years and counting. She has been the City of Albany Human Rights Commissioner since 2013. She was elected twice, city-wide, for the Albany Public Library Board Trustee, and She is President of the Arbor Hill Neighborhood Association. She is also an active union member.
Dr. Robinson has held numerous health workshops and public speaking events. She has facilitated many forums and loved being a health advocate. She has held many healthcare positions, at all levels of nursing at many facilities in Albany. She is CEO and Founder of the Black Nurses Coalition, Inc (BNC). BNC has a mission and vision is to eliminate health disparities. BNC celebrated their 3rd Annual Black and Minority Nurse Health Gala, which showcased minority health issues, celebrated diversity, and saluted minority excellence.
Dr. Robinson has a Community Virtual Telehealth wellness clinic and continues to serve the underserved community for many years. She is still serving during this COVID Pandemic.
Her passion is for freedom, justice, equality, and optimal healthcare for all! She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and had the honor of being the ANA Delegate at the House of Delegates in Washington, DC. She has served as the American Nurses Association Secretary of Individual Membership Division, Federal Executive Association of Northeastern NY, Vice President, and the National Special Emphasis Advisory Council for five years. She too is a strong mentor as well.
Dr. Robinson has received many awards and accolades. She was featured on Channel 10 for the entire month this of March 2020, after being selected as one of the Capital Regions Most Remarkable Women. She received the 1st New York State Nurses Association Leadership award at City Hall during the Black and Puerto-Rican Legislative Caucus in 2018. Dr. Robinson has published scholarly research on Non-VA Care, Veteran Health Administration and her Census 2020 Article was released this past March 2020 in the Minority Nurse Magazine.
Dr. Pamela J. Harper is a minister at New Jerusalem Home of the Saved Church and has been baptized in Jesus ‘Jesus’ name and filled with the precious Holy Ghost!
Professionally, she is an Associate Professor at the College of Marist’s School of Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Strategy from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, and BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University, W. Lafayette, Indiana. Before pursuing her Ph.D., she spent 11 years with General Electric on the renowned Corporate Audit Staff in various consulting assignments in the US, Europe, and Asia. After that, in management positions in Six Sigma Quality, Marketing/Sales, and eBusiness. She also has employment experience with Eli Lilly, Procter & Gamble, and NCR Corporation.
Dr. Harper’s experience includes both the for-profit and not-for-profit business sectors. She has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profits, including Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Albany County Land Bank Corporation and as Chair of Governance Committee for Sunmark Federal Credit Union’s Union’s Board of Directors.
She is married to Dr. Timothy L. Harper, Pastor of New Jerusalem Home of the Saved Church. In this capacity, she serves as the Adult Sunday School Teacher, Outreach Director for several community events, and in various other roles within the ministry.
They have two children, Brianna (20) & Timothy (16), both of whom have been baptized in Jesus’ name and filled with the Holy Ghost!

Pastor Teresa, is a native of Jacksonville, FL. She is married to her best friend, Pastor Larry L. Burton, Jr., and the mother of four beautiful daughters: Tiffany (Travell), Takesha, Larea and Jalah, and grandmother of two, Tamia Elaine and Traden Lamont. She enjoys being a wife, mother, grandmother, mentor, and pioneer, with her husband, as they raise the bar of purpose for marriages, families, ministries, and businesses.
Devoted to the ministry’s vision, Pastor Teresa serves alongside her husband at The Father’s House Kingdom Ministries in Jacksonville, FL. They believe in impacting the souls with Kingdom Thinking and Living by exhibiting God’s love and infusing life into people and families through engaging, teaching, and empowering biblical truth. Pastor Teresa’s lifestyle and teachings inspire and challenge women to develop strong relationships with God and their families.
A woman of many gifts and talents, Pastor Teresa, is an innovator in women’s ministry and business. As the founder of the Influential Women’s Ministry of FHKM, she gathers over 300 women to highlight women’s issues and offer an atmosphere of support and empowerment.
Pastor Teresa is also the Founder and Lead Mentor of the Proverbs 31 Sister’s Mentoring Program, a six-month mentoring course for women, with over 200 graduates to date. She is the Founder and Chief Editor of Inspiring Magazine and the Founder of several businesses, Your Nonprofit Agent LLC., Project AIM LLC & Babygift Bundles LLC. She is also the Co-Founder of Beyond Creation with her husband. Beyond Creation is a firm that creates effective content for businesses & individuals such as videos, photos, graphic designs, social media footage, and much more.
Pastor Teresa has over 22 years of Community Development experience and continues to facilitate change to improve the performance of community/family-based organizations. She conducts leadership and team-building workshops, utilizing various methods that make her sessions interactive and result-driven. She is a certified facilitator and trainer for the Family Support Team Meeting and a Sexual Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Advocate. She is also an accredited facilitator for the Jacksonville Strengthen Family Network. She is a graduate of the Jacksonville Blueprint for Leadership and a graduate of the Jacksonville LISC AmeriCorps.
As a Business Consultant, CEO, and founder of several businesses, Pastor Teresa shares valuable insight and knowledge to develop and launch programs and enterprises. As a trailblazer in women’s ministry and business, she partners with women in pursuing their Divine assignment.

Pastor Teresa has survived the death of her mother at the age of four, foster care, molestation, rape, sexual addiction, crime, drugs, mental illness, and emotional and physical abuse. A brush with death and a face-to-face encounter with Jesus, re-shaped her love for knowledge, thereby creating a pursuit of the truth about who God is and what He desires for our lives. Her personal and victorious testimonies are proof that the high power of God is still at work today.

Tenika Y. Wilcox is a teacher in the enlarged city of troy school District for 23 years. Tenika is founder of United Sisters of New York Inc, An Organization dedicated to supporting personal growth among women and supporting women’s education by providing scholarships to women who want to pursue their educational goals. Tenika is also an author of the book The Beauty Within US An anthology of Inspirational Stores of Love, Faith and Triumph. As a spoken word artist and member of Her Temple Monologues since its inception, Tenika loves to read and write her thoughts on paper and has had wonderful opportunities to share those thoughts with the world through Her Temple Monologues.

Theresa M. Smith
Financial Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Writer, Theresa Smith is on a lifelong mission to inspire and empower people, especially women, to achieve a higher level of success both personally and financially. She is the Lead Visionary of The Servant Inc., – a platform where women can access the strategies and tools they need to attain financial freedom and create a better atmosphere for themselves. She devotes all her time, energy, and compassion to listening to women from all walks of life talk about their challenges with money and, in turn, being of support and service to them. With decades of experience in financial services and motivational coaching, Theresa projects a high level of technical competence, self-confidence, authority and enthusiasm in uplifting and supporting other women in their quest to create a life that supports their spirit, goals and dreams.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lehman College, yet she still had a desire to learn. With the quest to widen her horizon of knowledge, she obtained additional

Her recently released podcast, The Servant Speaks, is currently making waves on Apple Podcasts and Spotify and she also has a brand-new YouTube channel named, “The Servant.”
Theresa is sought after by both individuals and organizations for her expertise and aptness to project change into the lives of people. She has been featured in several sold-out women events and retreats. Also, she facilitates group workshops for houses of worship, grassroots community organizations and other non-profit and for-profit institutions. Yesenia Mcarthur, is a Woman of God first and a mother of 3 phenomenal human beings (A 21 year old son, and 18 year old twin daughters).
She is a licensed Realtor, and in 2018, she collaborated with an amazing company where she became a Credit Specialist that assisted people with getting their credit and financial matters in order.
